SUP stands for Stand Up Paddling-board, it is a long surf-like board, pushed with a very long paddle.
Suitable for all those who love to challenge themselves in new activities will allow sliding on the water of the Protected Marine Area, observing the underwater world across the crystal clear water.
The tour is preceded by a short theoretical lesson that will provide the essential skills of this sport. Once you left Monterosso beach, we will guide you to discover the beauties of the Cinque Terre through a particular point of view. During the summer, you could also snorkel to admire the underwater world.
