É possibile prenotare in loco?

No!
Gestiamo tutte le prenotazioni delle attività online(o tramite telefono).
Se non siete pratici con le prenotazioni online mandateci un whatsapp, il nostro team vi contatterà e si occuperà di prenotare per voi l’attività più adatta alle vostre esigenze.

Quanto tempo prima dell’attività è consigliabile presentarsi?

Le attività inizieranno all'ora dichiarata sul sito, per non creare spiacevoli disagi agli altri partecipanti, è consigliabile presentarsi circa 30 minuti prima per completare il perfezionamento dell'iscrizione.
 
Questo tempo potrà essere ridotto a 15 minuti se la prenotazione è stata completamente perfezionata online, attraverso pagamento ed invio del modulo di partecipazione(scaricabile (javascript:void(0))dall'area servizi del sito)

Esistono delle restrizioni per la pratica delle attività?

Eventuali restrizioni di età e/o competenze e abilità sono indicate nella pagina dell’attività stessa.

Possono i minorenni prendere parte alle attività in autonomia?

Accepted Answer

Generalmente SI, ma con delega firmata dal genitore((javascript:void(0))chiedila via email).
Nelle attività che prevedono degustazioni ai minori verranno proposte bevande analcoliche

É consigliabile portare con se snack e/o bevande?

Accepted Answer

Generalmente, per le attività inferiori alle due ore non è necessario.
Per attività più lunghe è consigliabile portare con se almeno un mezzo litro di acqua ed un frutto(o alternative similari a piacere)
Durante la stagione estiva è buona regola avere con se sempre dell'acqua.

Dove possono attendere gli accompagnatori che non parteciperanno alle attività?

Beh, le alternative non sono poche, gli accompagnatori potranno rilassarsi in spiaggia, degustare un frullato rinfrescante al chiosco o passeggiare tra le vie di Monterosso.

Cosa serve per praticare le attività?

Arrivate provvisti di un abbigliamento adatto alla stagione, il meteo della giornata ed al contesto balneare.

Sì! Gli utenti possono aggiungere video da YouTube o Vimeo in modo facile:
1. Entra nelle impostazioni della app
2. Clicca su "Gestisci domande"
3. Clicca sulla domanda alla quale vuoi aggiungere un video
4. Quando modifichi la tua risposta, clicca sull'icona per i video e incolla l'URL Youtube o Vimeo del tuo video
5. Ecco fatto! Un tasto per guardare il video apparirà nel riquadro della risposta

No, all activities must be booked in advance!
It's easy; you can do it using our booking engine, texting by Whatsapp, or sending a request using website forms.
Our team will contact you to finalize the reservation.

Once out of the Monterosso al Mare railway station, turn right and go straight towards the parking.

How long before the activity is it advisable to show up?

Accepted Answer

Activities start on time. In order not to create unpleasant inconveniences to the other participants, it is advisable to show up about 30 minutes before to complete the registration.

Any age restrictions and/or skills requirements will eventually be shown on the activity page.

Can Minors take part in activities independently?

Accepted Answer

Generally, yes.
Minor's parents or a Major have to sign the Liability Waiver Form for Minor.(javascript:void(0)) However, the Instructor has the right to authorize or refuse their participation due to external conditions.

Is it advisable to bring snacks and/or drinks?

Accepted Answer

During the summer season, it is always good to have some fresh water with you.
In more detail, for 2 hours of activities or less, it is not strictly necessary, but advisable. For more prolonged activities, water, fruit, or similar are recommended.

Where a companion that does not take part in the activities can wait?

Accepted Answer

Sunbathing or swimming at the beach, tasting a refreshing smoothie at the kiosk, or stroll through the streets of Monterosso.

There are some special equipment required?

Technical equipment will be provided by the center.
